Fat: 26.74g | Prot: 65.13g | Carb: 203.24g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon Oatmeal, Energy Eggs, HomeMaker Premium Orange Juice, water. Lunch:  homemade white bread, Philedelphia Indulgence dark chocolate, Philedelphia Indulgence Milk Chocolate, water. Dinner:  baked chicken breast, broccoli, Mashed Potato (from Dry), water. Snacks/Other:  canned peaches in juice, canned pears in juice, Homemade Bagels, Pimento Spread.
