Fat: 102.32g | Prot: 130.33g | Carb: 278.84g.   Breakfast:  Herbal Tea, 70% Cacao, Instant Oatmeal High Fibre (Raisins & Spice), Almonds, Herbal Tea. Lunch:  Chicken Parmigiana. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Roasted Potato, Chicken Breast, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Walnut Oil, Bananas, Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat). Snacks/Other:  Gala Apples, Advantage Bar Peanut Fudge Granola, Herbal Tea, Almonds, Florida Pink and Red Grapefruit.
