Fat: 102.32g | Prot: 130.33g | Carb: 278.84g.   Breakfast:  70% Cacao, Almonds, Herbal Tea, Herbal Tea, Instant Oatmeal High Fibre (Raisins & Spice). Lunch:  Chicken Parmigiana. Dinner:  Bananas, Chicken Breast, Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat), Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Roasted Potato, Walnut Oil. Snacks/Other:  Advantage Bar Peanut Fudge Granola, Almonds, Florida Pink and Red Grapefruit, Gala Apples, Herbal Tea.
