Fat: 150.62g | Prot: 52.23g | Carb: 47.22g.   Lunch:  best foods, cabbage, poppy seed, spam, stevia drop. Dinner:  best foods, cabbage, diet dr pepper, herbal tea, poppy seed, roast beef, stevia. Snacks/Other:  advantage cranberry, butter, eggplant, kavli, liverwurst, olive oil, sugar free gum.
