Fat: 36.27g | Prot: 67.61g | Carb: 196.13g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Scrambled Egg, Almond Milk, Gluten Free Rolled Oats, Truvia, Diet Cranberry Juice. Lunch:  Boneless, Skinless chicken thigh, Uncle Ben's Brown Rice, Dole Blueberries. Dinner:  Pictsweet Deluxe Baby Broccoli Florets, Bertolli Organic Olive Oil Basil & Garlic Spagetti Sauce, Uncle Ben's Natural Brown Rice, Parmesan Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Baker's Semi-Sweet chocolate, Dole Sliced Strawberries, Bush's Best Cut Green and Shelly Beans.
