Lunch:  Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten), Red Tomatoes, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Cucumber (with Peel), Celery. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Krydder Boller, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits , Crackers , Gouda Cheese.
