Fat: 60.10g | Prot: 139.12g | Carb: 104.85g.   Breakfast:  apple sausage, eggs, hardwood bacon, kefir. Lunch:  corona , english muffin light, skim milk, skinless chicken thigh, tostitos, wheybolic. Dinner:  feta cheese reduced fat, ground turkey 93, healthy vision, Lite Raspberry Pomegranate Dressing, red wine. Snacks/Other:  brandy.
