Fat: 60.10g | Prot: 139.12g | Carb: 104.85g.   Breakfast:  hardwood bacon, kefir, eggs, apple sausage. Lunch:  skim milk, wheybolic, skinless chicken thigh, corona , english muffin light, tostitos. Dinner:  red wine, ground turkey 93, Lite Raspberry Pomegranate Dressing, feta cheese reduced fat, healthy vision. Snacks/Other:  brandy.
