Fat: 28.09g | Prot: 75.63g | Carb: 182.21g.   Breakfast:  Sweet 'N Low, Coffee, Fat Free Half & Half, Walnuts, Sugar Free Imitation Honey, Total 0% Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Vermicelli, Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Dinner:  Thin Crust Pizza with Meat. Snacks/Other:  Light String Cheese, Beer.
