Fat: 40.45g | Prot: 240.07g | Carb: 269.59g.   Breakfast:  Apple, Egg White, Eggs, No Fat Milk. Lunch:  Banana, Broccoli, CytoSport Cytogainer, Tomato. Snacks/Other:  100% Whole Wheat Bread L'oven fresh, Chicken Breast Canned, Northern Catch Light Tuna, Peanut Butter, Texmati Brown Rice.
