Dinner:  Celery, Cucumber (with Peel), Red Tomatoes, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Clementines, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Tea Unsweetened.
