Fat: 20.00g | Prot: 44.79g | Carb: 258.97g.   Breakfast:  10 Grain Hot Cereal, Apples, banana, good dog, Grapefruit, Light Vanilla Soy Milk. Lunch:  oriental stir fry, peanut butter and honey sandwich, pret. Snacks/Other:  Baked Cheddar and Sour Cream Flavored Potato Crisps.
