Lunch:  Artisan Fold It Flatbread - Rosemary & Olive Oil, Mandarin Oranges in 100% Fruit Juices, Shaved Mesquite Turkey Breast, Whipped Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese. Dinner:  Calrose Rice, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half), Sweet 'N Low, Thai Green Curry Shrimp with Basil - Skinnytaste. Snacks/Other:  98% Fat Free Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich (No Sugar Added), Whey Protein Isolate Nectar - Pink Grapefruit.
