Fat: 43.36g | Prot: 37.24g | Carb: 101.04g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Brazil Nuts, Walnuts. Dinner:  Cucumber (with Peel), Celery, Red Tomatoes, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten), Sliced Beetroot. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Svarta Vinbär.
