Fat: 60.50g | Prot: 93.70g | Carb: 261.80g.   Breakfast:  Lichi meal replacement, hydroxycut advanced. Lunch:  hydroxycut advanced, Egg Noodles (with Added Salt, Cooked), Mixed Vegetables (Frozen). Dinner:  hydroxycut advanced, Lichi meal replacement, Extra Lean Ground Beef, Garden Salad, Beets (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Peach Pear Apricot Pineapple Cherry Fruit Salad (Solids and Liquids, Juice Pack, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Creamy Peanut Butter, Raisin Bread , Cheeseburger, BK Chicken Fries (6 Pieces), Lichi meal replacement.
