Lunch:  Porridge. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Bananas, Brazil Nuts, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener), Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Multigrain Bread, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Tea Unsweetened.
