Fat: 26.48g | Prot: 71.84g | Carb: 208.33g.   Breakfast:  bread, coffee, milk. Lunch:  Tea Presweetened with Sugar, Turkey Sandwich with Spread. Dinner:  pasta, turkey marsala. Snacks/Other:  lance whole grain crackers, milk.
