Fat: 55.25g | Prot: 77.02g | Carb: 197.29g.   Breakfast:  bread, Coffee with Cream and Sugar, milk. Lunch:  bread, butter, egg, Tea Presweetened with Sugar. Dinner:  Salisbury Steak with Gravy, Potatoes, Vegetable and Dessert (Frozen Meal, Large Meat). Snacks/Other:  lance whole grain crackers, milk.
