Fat: 113.83g | Prot: 146.94g | Carb: 56.09g.   Breakfast:  Chocolate Protein Shake, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original, Egg, Cracker Barrel Shreds, coffee, cashew butter, coconut oil, english muffin. Lunch:  Oat Bran Muffins, Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Premium 50/50 Blend baby greens and spinach, Premium Spring Mix salad greens, chicken breast, hidden valley ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, Light Mozzarella String Cheese, celery sticks, cream cheese, green olives, Hazelnuts Filberts.
