Fat: 12.43g | Prot: 33.76g | Carb: 98.98g.   Breakfast:  Nature's Path Flax Plus. Lunch:  butter, crumpet, Twice The Fruit Jam Spread - Strawberry. Dinner:  Beef Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy) in Tomato-Based Sauce. Snacks/Other:  banana, Oikos Greek Yogurt.
