Fat: 108.17g | Prot: 100.92g | Carb: 340.02g.   Breakfast:  bread, coffee, milk. Lunch:  Turkey Sandwich with Spread. Dinner:  meatballs, milk, Regular Draft Beer (20 oz), rice, sticky bun. Snacks/Other:  lance whole grain crackers.
