Lunch:  Apple, Goldfish, Nonfat Peach Greek Yogurt, Nature's Own Whole Wheat Bread, JIF Natural Peanut Butter, Honey. Dinner:  Garden Salad, Light Italian, Croutons. Snacks/Other:  Heath Bar.
