Fat: 45.73g | Prot: 62.11g | Carb: 178.90g.   Breakfast:  bread, coffee, milk. Lunch:  cheeseburger, Tea Presweetened with Sugar. Dinner:  Homemade-Style Spaghetti Sauce with Beef or Meat, Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim Milk), Spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  lance whole grain crackers.
