Fat: 39.29g | Prot: 36.65g | Carb: 121.84g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Dinner:  Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Tea Unsweetened, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Sultana Scones.
