Fat: 44.74g | Prot: 56.91g | Carb: 186.73g.   Breakfast:  bread, coffee, milk. Lunch:  bacon, Tea Presweetened with Sugar, Turkey Sandwich with Spread. Dinner:  fried rice, general tsos chicken. Snacks/Other:  lance whole grain crackers.
