Fat: 35.41g | Prot: 55.71g | Carb: 203.53g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream and Sugar, milk. Lunch:  bagel, butter. Dinner:  bacon bits, french's fried onions, green beans, Regular Draft Beer (20 oz), rice, salmon. Snacks/Other:  cookie, milk, potato chips.
