Fat: 75.26g | Prot: 117.40g | Carb: 378.09g.   Breakfast:  kroger bite sized shredded wheat, banana, Almond Milk, White Grapefruit Juice (Unsweetened, Canned), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Non-Dairy Creamer. Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, turkey breast, horseradish sauce, fit & active nonfat yogurt. Dinner:  1/4 lb Hamburger Patty, 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread, Baked Beans, Kettle Cooked Original Potato Chips, Red Tomatoes, Sweet Onions, Jalapeno Slices Hot Peppers, Honey Mustard, Ketchup. Snacks/Other:  pear, crackerfuls cheddar, Granny Smith Apple, Peppermint Candy, White Grapefruit Juice.
