Fat: 75.26g | Prot: 117.40g | Carb: 378.09g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk, banana, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), kroger bite sized shredded wheat, Non-Dairy Creamer, White Grapefruit Juice (Unsweetened, Canned). Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, fit & active nonfat yogurt, horseradish sauce, turkey breast. Dinner:  1/4 lb Hamburger Patty, 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread, Baked Beans, Honey Mustard, Jalapeno Slices Hot Peppers, Ketchup, Kettle Cooked Original Potato Chips, Red Tomatoes, Sweet Onions. Snacks/Other:  crackerfuls cheddar, Granny Smith Apple, pear, Peppermint Candy, White Grapefruit Juice.
