Fat: 57.49g | Prot: 63.14g | Carb: 209.91g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Granola, Vanilla Yogurt (Lowfat). Lunch:  Basmati Rice, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Kirkland Stir fry Vegetables, La Croix Sparkling Water. Dinner:  Bacos Bits, Classic Romaine, Dry Roasted Salted Sunflower Seeds, Hot Dog Buns, Natural Beef Hot Dogs, Thousand Island Dressing, Whole Grain Caesar Croutons. Snacks/Other:  Clover Honey, coffee, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Oil Popped White Popcorn.
