Fat: 42.96g | Prot: 63.95g | Carb: 167.35g.   Breakfast:  bread, milk, coffee. Lunch:  Turkey Sandwich with Spread, Tea Presweetened with Sugar. Dinner:  Homemade-Style Spaghetti Sauce with Beef or Meat, Spaghetti, Mozzarella Cheese (Part Skim Milk), Parmesan Cheese (Grated). Snacks/Other:  cookie, potato chips.
