Lunch:  Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Mesquite Grilled Salmon, Steamed Broccoli. Dinner:  Fat Free Skim Grade A Milk (Vitamin A & D), Gold Standard 100% Casein. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Deluxe High Protein Bar, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fat Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Cookies n' Cream, Pure Protein Shake - Vanilla Creme (Pure Protein), Tap Water.
