Lunch:  Mesquite Grilled Salmon, Steamed Broccoli, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner:  Gold Standard 100% Casein, Fat Free Skim Grade A Milk (Vitamin A & D). Snacks/Other:  Pure Protein Shake - Vanilla Creme (Pure Protein), Fat Free French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Chocolate Deluxe High Protein Bar, Tap Water, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Cookies n' Cream.
