Fat: 57.67g | Prot: 63.64g | Carb: 153.22g.   Breakfast:  bread, coffee, milk. Lunch:  Tea Presweetened with Sugar, Turkey Sandwich with Spread. Dinner:  brussels sprouts, country fried steak, mashed potatoes, Milk gravy. Snacks/Other:  potato chips.
