Lunch:  Fruit Yogurt (Lowfat with Low Calorie Sweetener), Peanut Butter Sandwich. Dinner:  Black Beans, Chorizos, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg Bread.
