Fat: 43.87g | Prot: 122.57g | Carb: 290.80g.   Breakfast:  1% Milk, Honey, Cheerios. Lunch:  Oikos Strawberry, Cornbread, Lady Grey Tea, String Cheese, Waffle Pretzels, Ginger Snaps, Skim Milk. Dinner:  Kroger Tortilla, Grilled Chicken Breast, Refried Beans, Grilled Peppers and Onion, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, Romaine Lettuce, Daisy Lite Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  Orange Juice, Pinnacle Whipped Vodka.
