Dinner:  Red Tomatoes, Onions, Olive Oil, Chicken Breast, Brussels Sprouts (Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Coffee (Espresso Brewed) , 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Coffee (Espresso Brewed) , Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts, Chocolate Ice Creams.
