Fat: 50.12g | Prot: 26.21g | Carb: 110.52g.   Breakfast:  Brazil Nuts, Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Dinner:  Broccoli, Celery, Cucumber (with Peel), Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Chocolate Ice Creams, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Coffee (Espresso Brewed) , Cranberry Juice, Gin, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Panettone Christmas Cake, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Tea Unsweetened.
