Fat: 50.12g | Prot: 26.21g | Carb: 110.52g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Brazil Nuts, Walnuts. Dinner:  Broccoli, Red Tomatoes, Celery, Cucumber (with Peel). Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Almonds, Chocolate Ice Creams, Panettone Christmas Cake, Gin, Cranberry Juice, Coffee (Espresso Brewed) .
