Fat: 85.85g | Prot: 84.63g | Carb: 218.52g.   Breakfast:  White Corn Tortillas, Spam Low Sodium, Egg, All Stars Thirst Quencher Orange Beverage. Lunch:  Potato Bread, Avocados, 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Mayonnaise, Red Bull Energy Drink. Dinner:  Flour Tortilla, Chicken Drumstick, Mexican Rice, Colby Jack Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Honeycrisp Apples, Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts.
