Fat: 85.85g | Prot: 84.63g | Carb: 218.52g.   Breakfast:  All Stars Thirst Quencher Orange Beverage, Egg, Spam Low Sodium, White Corn Tortillas. Lunch:  2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Avocados, Mayonnaise, Potato Bread, Red Bull Energy Drink, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Dinner:  Chicken Drumstick, Colby Jack Cheese, Flour Tortilla, Mexican Rice. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts, Honeycrisp Apples.
