Dinner:  Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten), Celery, Broccoli, Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Light Ice Cream Cone, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Multigrain Bread.
