Fat: 34.00g | Prot: 97.02g | Carb: 293.03g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Blueberries, Canadian Bacon, Cheddar or American Cheese (Fat Free, Pasteurized), Egg Starts, Heart to Heart Oat Cereal - Warm Cinnamon (Kashi), Meatless Bacon Bits, Milk (Nonfat), Multi Grain Wrap, Oatmeal, Original Oven Roasted Flavored Sliced Almonds, Sweet Red Peppers. Dinner:  Mediterranean Spinach & Chickpea Patties, Pasta Sauce Tomato & Basil, today's temptations whole grain bread, Whole Grain Penne Pasta (Barilla). Snacks/Other:  Cool Whip Whipped Topping Lite, Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Snack.
