disappointed. ate bread roll with cheese last night at work. work is killing me ehhh! still lost though. back to being perfect today! NO BREAD OR DAIRY.

Fat: 33.65g | Prot: 44.54g | Carb: 165.90g.   Breakfast:  Vanilla Shake. Lunch:  Carrots, Beets (Drained Solids, Canned), Original. Dinner:  Roasted Potato, Carrots, Without Salt Roasted Whole Pumpkin and Squash Seeds, Cream Of Shrimp Soup (Canned, Condensed). Snacks/Other:  Apples.
