Fat: 55.78g | Prot: 49.04g | Carb: 99.57g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Almonds, Walnuts, Cashew Nuts. Dinner:  Red Tomatoes, Chicken Breast, Olive Oil, Onions. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Tea Unsweetened, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Light Ice Cream Cone, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits.
