Fat: 32.11g | Prot: 59.53g | Carb: 186.29g.   Breakfast:  British 1% fat milk, clementine, no added sugar, organic premium ground flaxseed. Lunch:  honey roast british ham slice, Light Spread - mild olive oil, ready salted crisps, So Organic Stoneground Wholemeal Thick Slice Bread, squash. Dinner:  Chicken curry with rice, organic bread, squash.
