Fat: 95.85g | Prot: 90.40g | Carb: 165.07g.   Breakfast:  coffee mate, cheerios. Lunch:  thins dark chocolate granola, cheese, hillshire farm roast beef, ham slice, chicken lunch meat, cream cheese, pickle, shelled pistachios. Dinner:  chicken and dumplings, jalepeno cornbread, baklava, kit kat mini, snickers mini. Snacks/Other:  juice plus.
