Fat: 72.01g | Prot: 84.58g | Carb: 135.08g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, flour tortilla. Lunch:  6" Turkey Breast, Mayonnaise, Subway black olives, Avacado, Subway Mustard, Subway Cheese, Sun Chips Harvest Cheddar. Dinner:  boiled chicken breast, boiled chicken drum stick, salad, Dried Cranberries. Snacks/Other:  skinny mocha, Blueberries, water.
