Fat: 77.96g | Prot: 124.71g | Carb: 114.76g.   Breakfast:  Filet Americain, Sandwichspread Naturel, Volkoren Knäckebröd. Lunch:  Filet Americain, Gerookte Zalm, Rookvlees, Tortilla, Witte Pistolets (Afbak). Dinner:  Aardappelen (zonder Schil, met Zout, Gekookt), Groene Snijbonen, Komkommer (met Schil), Rundvlees Gehaktballen. Snacks/Other:  Cola Light, Paprika Chips.
