Fat: 138.63g | Prot: 88.24g | Carb: 39.81g.   Breakfast:  cinnamon, Egg, Fetherweight baking powder, oil, olive oil, Real eggs (white) Kirkland, Sugar Free Rasberry Jam with fiber, Truvia, Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal. Lunch:  almond meal, almonds, cod, coffee, green beans, mixed salad, oil, oil, water. Snacks/Other:  Almond flour, Almond milk, baking powder, butter, Egg, Italian dry salame 45% less sodium Combus, Russell Stover sf strawberry candy, salt, splenda.
