Lunch: Chicken Meat (Cornish Game Hens), Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing, Frankfurter or Hot Dog, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Tap Water. Dinner: Diet Coke, Fat Free Processed Cheese Slices, Low Fat Mayonaise, Premium Deli Turkey Breast, Red Leaf Lettuce, Red Onions, Soft & Smooth 100% Whole Wheat Bakery Bread, Special K Cracker Chips - Sea Salt, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other: Bananas, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Mint, Navels Oranges, Tap Water.
