Dinner:  Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Gouda Cheese, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Chocolate Ice Creams .
