Fat: 56.02g | Prot: 34.68g | Carb: 96.94g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Dinner:  Gouda Cheese, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Chocolate Ice Creams , Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits.
