Dinner:  Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Chocolate Ice Creams, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Crackers, Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits.
