Dinner:  Red Tomatoes, Sliced Beetroot, Celery, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean Only Eaten), Gouda Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Multigrain Bread, 73% Organic Dark Chocolate.
