Fat: 37.03g | Prot: 70.30g | Carb: 258.79g.   Breakfast:  wegmans multigrain bagel, jalapeno hummus, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Blueberries, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Pomegranates, Baby carrots, Iceberg Lettuce, Whole Wheat Potato Bread, Almond Breeze Original, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Cranberries, Skim Plus, cherries, avacado, Black Beans, Honey BBQ Breast of Chicken, Butternut Squash Soup. Dinner:  jasmine rice, Squash and Cauliflower Curry, Root Beer Float Ice Cream and Sherbet. Snacks/Other:  BUZZ Put Me In A Barrel RIS.
