Fat: 89.06g | Prot: 80.46g | Carb: 185.04g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cranberry Blackberry Juice, Fried Egg, Home Fries, Pork Sausage. Lunch:  Blueberries, Light Beef Pot Roast Soup, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Original Club Crackers, Pomegranates. Dinner:  Crab Cake Entrees, MT POT/ONION PEROGIES, Roasted Butternut Squash. Snacks/Other:  Double Bock Beer.
