Fat: 33.24g | Prot: 73.32g | Carb: 154.70g.   Breakfast:  egg, fat free skim milk, holiday seedless grapes, mexican shredded cheese, original coffee mate powder singles, splenda. Lunch:  eating right three cheese pasta, parm cheese kraft. Dinner:  BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST, cottage cheese fat free lucerne, homestyle light hidden, pasta sauce ragu tomato basi;, salad. Snacks/Other:  chocolate syrup, fat free milk, hot cocoa mix with marsh, lime, michelob ultra, reddi whip.
