Fat: 33.24g | Prot: 73.32g | Carb: 154.70g.   Breakfast:  original coffee mate powder singles, splenda, fat free skim milk, egg, mexican shredded cheese, holiday seedless grapes. Lunch:  eating right three cheese pasta, parm cheese kraft. Dinner:  salad, homestyle light hidden, cottage cheese fat free lucerne, BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST, pasta sauce ragu tomato basi;. Snacks/Other:  fat free milk, hot cocoa mix with marsh, reddi whip, chocolate syrup, michelob ultra, lime.
